If you would like to learn more about how to shop better for yourself and your family, this is the ideal hands on 'class', where we have approximately 1hr to go through the local supermarket and fruit & vegetable market; looking at what is available, learn how to read labels, learn about unknown food, produce, etc. It will be based around what it is that you want to know more of. This can be done individually or, in a group of up to 4 people. Cost $90 single or, $50 p/p for a group of four - min 2 people; price also includes tea/coffee light snack after tour.
