Hormones that are out of balance can cause major imbalances in your body, as well as mentally and emotionally. You may be experiencing disturbances in your sleep, mental function, inability to lose weight, feeling fatigued, loss of motivation, etc. Should this be the case, then we can address these imbalances while slowly working on other the aspects that are also impacting your health. After the initial consultation, you will have four follow up sessions to monitor your progress and address any obstacles that may have popped up. As well as five 15min call to touch base and address any other issues that pop post consultation. I also include a 1hr supermarket tour, to show you what to look out for when preparing meals to support your individualised programme. And any other resources that you may require as we progress through you treatment. Supplements and Herbal mixes at additional cost. Depending on your presentation, it might be needed for you to do my gut healing course, which supports your hormone reset treatment.
